Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General
Poof is operated by The Israeli Center for Companies Ltd ("we", "us"). This policy explains how paid subscriptions work, how to cancel or change your plan, and when you can get a refund.
2. Subscriptions and billing
- You can use Poof on a free plan, no credit card required.
- Paid plans are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically and are billed in advance at the start of each billing month. Prices are listed on our Pricing page.
- Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle emails you a receipt/invoice after every charge, and the charge appears on your statement under the name Paddle.
3. Cancelling your subscription
- You can cancel at any time from your account, or by emailing us.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing month you have already paid for. Your plan keeps working until then; after that your account moves to the free plan and you are not charged again.
4. Changing plans
- Upgrading to a more expensive plan takes effect immediately, and the prorated difference for the current period is charged at that time.
- Moving to a cheaper plan or to the free plan takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
5. Refunds
- Because you can use the free plan before paying, a charge for a billing month that has already started is generally not refundable, and cancelling mid-month does not give a partial refund.
- If you were charged in error, charged twice, or could not use the Service because of a fault on our side, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will resolve it together with Paddle.
- Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you.
- Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method.
6. How to contact us
- Email: office@poof.li β include your account email and the Paddle receipt number.
- You can also contact Paddle directly at paddle.net using your receipt details.
