Terms of Service

1. General

Welcome to Poof (the "Service"), a platform for managing and publishing content on social networks, operated by The Israeli Center for Companies Ltd (the "Company", "we"). Use of the Service is subject to the terms set out in this document. Accessing and using the Service constitutes full acceptance of these terms.

2. Nature of the Service

The Service allows users to connect social network accounts (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok), write and schedule posts, upload media, publish organic content, and analyze performance. The Service acts solely as an agent — the content and responsibility for it belong to the user.

3. User Account and Permissions

Connecting a social network account is done via that platform's OAuth. We receive access only to the permissions you explicitly approved (publishing posts, reading page details, etc.). Any account can be disconnected at any time from the dashboard, or directly from that social network's own privacy settings.

4. Acceptable Use

  • You may not use the Service to publish spam, illegal, inciting, or offensive content.
  • You may not run automation that violates the terms of service of the connected social networks.
  • You must comply with the community guidelines of every connected network (Meta, X, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Violating a connected network's terms of service will result in disconnection of the account.

5. Content Ownership

Content you create or upload to the Service remains your full property. We receive a limited license to use the content solely for the purpose of providing the Service (storage, publishing to networks you approved, display in the dashboard).

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "AS IS". We are not responsible for publishing failures caused by the social networks themselves, delays, account suspensions by the platforms, or indirect damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service in the last month.

7. Termination of Service

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or close an account in the event of a violation of these terms. Upon account closure, data will be deleted within 30 days.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be sent by email or shown in the dashboard. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms of service are governed by Israeli law. The competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
